Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, within 7 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 5 AI grades. Write to us from your account.
How does regional pricing work?
If you pay from one of the 10 listed countries, a discount of about 40% is applied automatically at checkout.
What happens when my pass ends?
Nothing is charged. Your account, progress and corrections stay available, and so do the free tools.
Who processes the payment?
